These terms govern purchases from MoonWoven by Ruby through this independent website.
Products
MoonWoven by Ruby sells handmade jewelry, including handwoven gemstone bracelets, pearl accents, and celestial charm pieces. Product photos and descriptions are provided to show each piece clearly. Natural stones and pearls may vary in tone, luster, shape, and pattern.
Orders
An order is confirmed only after payment is completed through the active checkout path and the seller accepts the order for fulfillment. One-of-a-kind pieces may become unavailable after purchase.
Pricing
Prices are listed in USD unless a checkout processor displays another currency. Shipping, taxes, duties, and import charges may be added separately.
Payment
Online card checkout is processed through Stripe when active. MoonWoven by Ruby does not ask customers to send card information through messages.
Shipping
Orders ship from Arizona. Buyers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. International buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local charges where applicable.
Returns
Eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be sent back in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent or the order arrived damaged.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be made within 2 days of purchase if the order has not shipped.
Intellectual property
Product photos, brand graphics, product names, and page copy belong to MoonWoven by Ruby or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied or reused without permission.
Changes
MoonWoven by Ruby may update products, prices, policies, and availability as the shop changes.
