Returns and exchanges.
Eligible pieces may be returned or exchanged within 30 days when returned in original condition.
Custom, altered, or personalized work may have limited return eligibility when the piece was made for a specific buyer request.
Return window
Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Item condition
Returned pieces must be sent back in original condition. If an item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Return shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent or the order arrived damaged.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be made within 2 days of purchase provided the order has not already shipped.
Seller error
If the wrong item was sent or the order arrived damaged, contact Ruby promptly so the return or replacement path can be reviewed.
